Demands on our time seem to be increasing by the day. Busy we understand. You want to build your own boat, and you think you can manage the time to handle that, but building her and lofting her could well put the job beyond the time available. With the lofting ready at hand you can get right to work getting out the moulds and backbone members.
If you decide you would prefer to loft her yourself, we suggest you pick up a copy of Lines, Lofting, and Half Models to see you through. If you're pressed for time, or simply don't want to be bothered with doing the lofting yourself, then a few mouse clicks will get one headed your way. Ours is a 36" wide black line copy printed on 24# paper, which is handy because you don't need to stretch the whole 182" of it out at once–just unroll it scroll-like until you get to the part you need at the time. Yes, you do need the plans as well because they provide the construction details and the sail plan.
